Jason Joseph Abraham was a senior student who died of cancer on March 27, 2000. Since then, Conduct Becoming has served as a way to commemorate this loss, raise money for cancer research, while also celebrating the musical diversity in Sackville, New Brunswick. As always, this project is "for Abes", as well as all those who have been affected by this disease.

I have loved Conduct Becoming before I started attending Mount Allison University. Coming the MTA and experiencing the community, creativity, and lasting friendships of those I've met through Conduct has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

This year has been one of rebuilding and restructuring for us. As the first album in two years, it has been both a privilege and a responsibility to me to reintroduce Conduct Becoming to the Sackville community. I can certainly say that this has been an emotional journey for all of us, but I am so proud of all that the musicians and organizers have been able to accomplish together. I hope you enjoy this representation of the musical talent that is currently here at Mount Allison.
